Project Scheduled To Begin – Construction Of Maumee Avenue And Erney Street Storm Sewer

ATTENTION: SALISBURY RESIDENTS  

Joao & Bradley Construction Co., Inc. (“Joao & Bradley”) of Bethlehem, PA will be installing Storm Sewers in the streets and within the Township right of ways in the neighborhood of Maumee Avenue and Erney Streets. This project is contracted by Salisbury Township and is anticipated to start on Monday, October 6, 2014. Residents are asked to please refrain from parking on the streets in the work areas from 7 a.m. until 5 p.m. The utility work should yield minimal interruption of access to homes in the area from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Invitation To Bid – Proposal For: 2014 Sanitary Sewerage Flow Monitoring & Data Logging Services

The Township of Salisbury will receive sealed bids for flow monitoring designated locations within their existing sanitary sewer system until 3:00 p.m. (prevailing time) on Monday September 8, 2014 at the Salisbury Township Municipal Building, 2900 South Pike Avenue, Allentown, PA 18103, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. The work will include furnishing, installing, operating and maintenance, data collection and analysis, and removal of twelve (12) sewerage flow meters for a service period of twelve (12) weeks, concluding with a quantitative comparison to the previous flow monitoring period results.

If you have received a bill for water service from Salisbury Township, please be advised that due to an error with your consumption amount, the bills calculated incorrectly. Please disregard the original bill as a new bill will be mailed immediately. This will not impact any amounts billed for sewer or refuse services, only those who are billed for water service.
