Compost and Mulch Available to All Salisbury Residents: Mulch and Compost is available at no cost to Township residents at Franko Drop Off Center and Devonshire Drop Off Center. Mulch and compost are provided to residents who visit the sites on a first-come, first-served basis. Residents must bring and fill their own buckets for the materials desired to supplement their gardening or landscaping projects. Quantities are limited. Invitation to Bid The Township of Salisbury will receive sealed bids for the application of a double bituminous seal coat on approximately 27,700 linear feet of Township Roads (approximately 67,000 square yards). In addition, the work will include approximately 220 tons of scratch/leveling and replacement of the existing pavement markings. No meeting is scheduled for that date. 2013 Summer Playground Program The 2012 Summer Playground Program begins on Monday, June 17, 2013 and ends on Friday, July 26, 2013. Township children who have completed Kindergarten through age 12 are eligible to participate. Program hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 12 noon and Wednesday evenings 6:30 PM to 8 PM.
